Chudan Shotei Uchi

Chudan Shotei Uchi is a technique in Kyokushin karate. It translates to 'Middle-Level Palm-Heel Strike.' This technique involves striking with the palm heel (shotei) of the hand targeting the opponent's midsection or torso. The term 'Chudan' refers to the middle level, and 'Shotei Uchi' denotes the palm-heel strike. It is commonly used for close-range strikes to areas such as the solar plexus, ribs, or abdomen, delivering powerful and effective blows.
