In Sanchin Dachi, the feet are placed closer together than in other stances, with the knees slightly bent and the weight evenly distributed between both legs. The stance emphasizes stability, balance, and groundedness, allowing the practitioner to generate power from the lower body while maintaining a strong foundation.
