The major hip throw, and the model every other koshi waza is built on. Tori turns in, sets their hips lower and deeper than uke's, wraps an arm round the waist or the belt, and straightens the legs to lift and turn them over the hip. What it teaches is the entry: hips through, back to uke, weight underneath.
