Ippon Seoi Nage

The one-armed shoulder throw, a hand technique (te waza). Tori turns their back to uke, threads one arm under the armpit to trap the sleeve arm across their own shoulder, and throws by straightening the legs and bending forward. Uke travels over the shoulder rather than the hip, which is what makes it available to a small judoka against a tall one.
