Shuto Uchi Uke

Shuto Uchi Uke is a technique in Kyokushin karate. It translates to 'Knife-Hand Inside Block.' This technique involves executing a blocking motion with the knife hand to defend against attacks coming from the inside. The term 'Shuto' refers to the knife hand, 'Uchi' means inside, and 'Uke' refers to the block. It is commonly used to deflect punches or strikes aimed at the midsection or torso from the opponent's inner side.
